enot to organize and accumulate material for my Yellow Sparrow project. This project is dedicated to creation, consolidation and distribution of information and educational material related to Early Childhood Development (details TBD). The primary language is English though I'll do my best to maintain parallel entries in Russian.
We reside in Massachusetts, USA, so some information is specific to this country and state.
